MIAMI - FIRM MAIN OFFICE

The Dempsey Law Firm works out of its main office in Miami, Florida, but travels the state for court and for meeting clients statewide in its multiple virtual offices across Florida. The firm’s main office in Miami is located near the Aventura Mall and Brightline Station. This centralized location offers easy access for clients from both Miami-Dade County and Broward County, and is close to courthouses in Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Miami.

The Dempsey Law Firm, P.A.’s main office does allow for in-person appointments, but does not allow for walk-in clients, so please be sure to contact us directly to schedule your in-person appointment.

This office provides ARAG Members with legal services including but not limited to consumer protection, small claims court assistance, homeowner’s association disputes, homeowner’s insurance disputes, landlord-tenant matters, and wills, trusts, and estate planning.
